Our Mission at Azimuth, LLC

Azimuth, LLC understands the pressure that manufacturers face to run lean, profitable organizations. Our strength is helping you identify and implement effective solutions when the bottom line results do not align with your expectations.

Azimuth, LLC provides highly effective leadership and technical assistance to small to medium sized manufacturing organizations. Our primary objective is to chart a plan designed for your organization’s existing team to achieve the results that you seek. We focus on establishing strong relationships with our clients in order to fully understand the operation and its needs and also in order to provide insightful, effective solutions that optimize your company’s potential. We know that the key to our continued success is achieving measurable results for your company.

Methodology and Scope

We realize that a major prerequisite to improving an organization is understanding the issues before any work begins. In order to fully understand the dynamics of your organization, we conduct an assessment that identifies opportunities for improvement. Once we have agreement with the company’s leadership about such opportunities, we provide a plan designed to achieve the desired results.

Azimuth can then work with your organization on many levels of involvement to implement the recommended plan. Many companies do not have the technical and leadership resources available for special projects or unusual manufacturing problems. We can fill this void, allowing the existing team to stay focused on their current responsibilities. Azimuth can also serve a coaching role as your team implements the plan, or provide scheduled verification of the progress your team is making toward success with the plan.
